Maintenance Fees

  • A one time set up fee of $195.00 (deducted from 1st month's rent)
  • Monthly fee for single-family homes-$95.00 per property (deducted from 1st month's rent)
  • Monthly fee for multi-family units-$90.00 per unit
  • NO tenant placement fees, NO lease renewal fees, NO property advertising fees

Tenant Screening

All prospective tenants must complete our qualifying process. Our success in this business starts with getting good tenants. While difficult in the beginning, this will prevent many  future problems before they happen!

Maintenance
